Warren Dunes is a Seattle-based family power trio that plays what they like to call "cosmic beach pop." Named after a state park in Southwest Michigan where brothers Jared and Dominic Cortese spent their childhood running through the singing sands along Lake Michigan, the band is led by keyboardist and vocalist Julia Massey. Her signature double keyboards and crystalline voice soar over chimey guitars and thunderous percussion.

Blending indie pop, tropicalia, and psychedelia, Warren Dunes' music draws inspiration from the cold waters and gray-sky beaches of the Salish Sea surrounding Seattle. KEXP described their music as a "dance party of radical kindness," capturing the band's playful spirit, infectious melodies, and emotionally sincere songwriting.

A longtime favorite of the Seattle music scene, Warren Dunes has toured extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest, with additional performances in the Midwest, New York City, and Los Angeles. The band has also appeared at festivals including Treefort Music Fest, Capitol Hill Block Party, and Bumbershoot. Both of the band's full-length albums, Get Well Soon (2021) and Aquamarine (2024), made KEXP listeners' annual Top 50 Albums lists. In 2025, Julia, Jared, and Dom opened for Elbow at a sold-out Showbox at the Market and received a Sonic Guild grant.

Warren Dunes recently toured the Pacific Northwest in support of their latest EP, Growing Up (October 2026), a collection of songs created with producers and musicians across Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York. They're currently writing new music and making plans for more touring in 2027.
